love for the craft
My work begins with a deep dive to understand the ‘why’ behind every challenge. This strategy-first approach means asking the right questions to make a precise strategic diagnosis. This phase is about finding clarity in ambiguity, ensuring the problem we solve is the one that truly matters to the business and its users.
With a clear purpose, the next step is to architect the solution. This involves designing systems—whether a conversational AI framework or a global design system. Through Design Ops and process standardization, I translate complex needs between data, engineering, and product teams to create a unified, scalable, and efficient action plan.
Process driven since 2016
A great strategy is nothing without a great team to execute it. I focus on building performant teams by creating environments of shared ownership and psychological safety. My role as a leader is to direct and mentor designers, guiding them from tactical execution to strategic thinking. This was key when building a new brand team from the ground up and securing significant wins.
The final goal is to deliver work that moves the needle. This impact is measured not only in quantitative results—like generating leads or cutting dev costs—but also in qualitative wins. This includes observing how a new Way of Working (WoW) improves team morale, collaboration, and unlocks their potential for future innovations.
