what I did

I led the vision and execution of the Syniverse pavilion at Mobile World Congress Barcelona

—from overall booth design and visual direction to audiovisual content, self-service kiosks, and furniture for shared spaces. Working closely with Brand leadership, I facilitated discovery workshops, aligned stakeholders, and delivered production-ready assets to vendors, ensuring seamless implementation.

Process key facts

Integrated Experience Design

As Creative Director with the Content Creative Director, I designed environmental graphics and custom furniture, directed motion and video content, and coordinated production across teams in Canada, Brazil, and Chile to ensure cohesive delivery across all elements.

High Complexity

The work required aligning global vendors, guiding stakeholders from tactical marketing to a unified brand approach, and moving from concept to full implementation within a compressed schedule.

Strategic Impact

The pavilion became a catalyst for brand momentum and contributed to securing a $2M investment in brand creative, reinforcing executive alignment and future brand direction.

immersive experience

A unified experience where narrative, sensory elements, and social moments worked together to draw visitors in.

Every touchpoint invited visitors to feel the brand, not just see it: storytelling guided the journey, multisensory elements deepened presence, and shared spaces encouraged connection. The result was an authentic experience shaped at the intersection of story, senses, and human interaction.
